This hotel is truly luxurious with exclusive amenities that exceed expectations. the staff are attentive, professional and go the extra mile. the leisure room and hot spring bath provide a relaxing space to unwind. the restaurant serves sumptuous breakfasts and the bar and lounge are perfect for evening drinks. the location is ideal, being close to the beach and a short distance from the main attractions.
The only minor issue we experienced was with the TV signal which could be improved.

The hotel was cosy, had particularly nice views and unbeatable location right by the main promenade, Blackpool centre, the Tower. I was met by welcoming and polite staff at the reception. I enjoyed the room, it was immaculate and huge. The breakfast was enjoyable, featured lots of meals.
The bathroom was tiny, I didn't like it.
